Please ask about our 6-month and 12-month Pre-Pay discount.

A security deposit of $25 is required for all units.
Includes lock, $5 fee is accessed if lock needs to be cut due to lost keys.
Upon termination of rental, $10 feel will be deducted from deposit if keys and lock are not left in unit.
Please leave both keys and lock in unit to receive full deposit back.
All unit prices are prorated with payments due on the first of every month, unless pre-arranged.
A $10 late fee will apply after 10 days
Debit and credit cards are accepted, if card declined you will receive a courtesy call. $10 late fee applies after 10 days. $40 reinstatement fee applies after 60 days past due.
Content insurance is NOT provided by us. Please contact your insurance company with any questions you may have.
Pallets are provided for your convenience.
For best care of your stored content we recommend: Opening your unit periodically in order to circulate fresh air, to double check the condition of your contents, and to prevent moisture accumulation since these units are not climate controlled.
DO NOT store any food, fruit, or grains in your unit to prevent rodent infestation.
